Appointments
Appointment times vary, as I make it a priority to schedule appointments at times that work best with your schedule.
Fees
Initial Consultation = $200
One Hour = $165
Sliding Scale Fees: I currently offer sliding scale fees based on income. Please contact and we can determine a rate that can work for you.
Insurance
I am accepting both Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO and Medicare. Other insurance plans would be billed out of network. I do provide an invoice form for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please keep in mind that insurance reimbursements are based on your individual insurance plans, and not all companies provide reimbursements.
Payment
I accept cash, check, all major credit cards as forms of payment, and PayPal.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
